Zucchini Bread Oatmeal:
1/2 cup or desired amount of oats
1 banana sliced
1/2-1 cup shredded zucchini
1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon to taste
Cook oatmeal, banan, and zucchini together until oats are done. Then add vanilla and cinnamon to taste.
spinach, mushroom, and white bean burgers:
2 cups cooked rice (on the sticky side)
8 oz cooked mushrooms chopped
1/2 cup cooked spinach
1 can white beans drained and rinsed
2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mash ingredients togerh and Form patties on pieces of parchment paper, they will be like a sticky paste so wet your hands to help you form patties. Then freeze them because they come out better when baked from frozen. Bake on 375 for 20-30 minutes until crispy. enjoy on a whole grain but or by themselves.
Tangy Asian style sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
4 tbsp water
1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
1/8 tsp ginger pwdr
pinch of chili flakes (optional)
few drops stevia or any other sweetener you enjoy.
