This 30 minute meal prep for weight loss is so easy to make and some tasty meal prepping. You guys have been asking for more recipes to lose weight that are really quick and easy meal prep for the week. These recipe for chicken is so easy and tasty and the veggies are healthy and tasty. Most weight loss recipes don;t have this kind of flavor, but I like to show that eating healthy can be full of flavor and still be a great recipe for weight loss. I hope you guys try my meal prep for the week that is a 30 minute meal and a really tasty recipe for losing weight.


404 calories per meal
13.3 grams of fat per meal
17.8 grams of carbs per meal
53.2 grams of protein per meal
4.6 grams of fiber per meal

If using 5 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, 8 ounces each:
389.6 calories and 7.3 grams of fat per meal. All other macros are the same.
